What if my bank or credit union isn't listed as a SUM member?

If you would like to enjoy surcharge-free access to your money at more ATMs, we recommend that you do two things:

• Contact your bank or credit union representative and ask them to join SUM.

• Contact us and we will reach out to your institution to encourage them to join SUM. Just click here and send us your name, your financial institution's name and the city and state in which they're located.
